I have developed strong practical experience in Dolby Atmos mixing across both film and music, with a clear understanding of how immersive audio can enhance emotion, space and audience engagement. My work with Atmos includes mixing live music sessions, spatialising recorded performances, and applying immersive techniques to film sound design, particularly where atmosphere, movement and environment are central to the storytelling.

I am confident working with 7.1.4 workflows, object-based mixing, ADM BWF delivery, and the technical requirements needed to move between stereo, surround and immersive formats. I understand how to use height, width and depth creatively, while still keeping the core mix balanced, focused and translatable.

My experience also extends beyond the mix itself into system design and workflow planning. I can design practical recording and playback setups, plan microphone and routing layouts, manage signal flow between DAWs and renderers, and build efficient sessions for post-production. This includes thinking about monitoring limitations, file management, export settings, metadata, and how artists or filmmakers will eventually receive and use the final material.
